RM100 Cable Marking Unit

Application

The RM100 is used for circumferential markings of cables, wires, or cords using the proven hot stamping process. Foil, coated on one side with printing substance, is pressed onto the material with a hot stamp. Through pressure and heat the stamp is marked onto the material. In order to obtain a circumferential marking, two half-shells are used.

Later, the marking can be used as installation help, positioning, identification, dividing position, etc.

The RM100 can be used as single unit with a foot pedal or together with an upstream machine. In addition, the ringmarker and the control unit can be installed separately.
